Job Details


  • Recording business transaction on daily basis

  • Recording cash and bank sale on daily basis 

  • Receiving goods, checking purchase order with Invoice & delivery note and recording 

  • Monitoring stock movement and reporting to Management 

  • Reconciliation of Vendors Accounts and preparing payment 

  • Physically stock taking quarterly and yearly

  • Handling pharmacy petty cash account 

  • Verification and disbursement of payroll

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Preparing Financial & Management reports on monthly basis  

  • Nationality: Filipinos, Arabs, Indians are most welcome 

  • 4 to 5 years’ experience as Pharmacy Accountant
