Responsibilities:
· Provide an efficient general and administrative HR support to staff and Managers.
· Assists with implementation of human resources procedures and processes
· Assists with recruitment by scheduling interviews, conducting references, processing background checks and tracking processes
· Assists with accounts related tasks & activities
· Maintain confidential department files to include personnel files, compensation, and benefit files
· Prepares and distributes HR updates to staff
· Ensuring all paperwork received is scanned and stored both electronically and on the employee’s paper file
Requirements:
· Male with NOC
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field
· 2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin activities
· Comprehensive knowledge on overall HR Practices
· Must have in-depth knowledge in Accounts works
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to meet deadlines
· High attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
