  • Managing 7000+ mailboxes across the organization accessed via OWA, OUTLOOK, Active sync mobile devices. Email Administration.

  • Evaluates, implements, monitors, and maintains Customer’ corporate email infrastructure.

  • Managing Enterprise Vault Archiving solution for Archiving Emails.

  • Serves as the primary administrator for perimeter email security gateways, encryption, spam filtering, archiving, and mobile devices.

  • Handling Nearly 10 Physical servers for Exchange messaging system 5 in each data centre (MV2 & MV3), total of 100+ active databases, and 300+ passive copies (including the lagged copy) housing 7000+ mailboxes totally (5600 active + 1400 disabled).

  • Support ADFS, which provides users with single sign-on access to a system with 6 different applications like People Chart, Ez Proxy, Office Space, Imagine, Success Factors – LMS (Learning Management System), Success Factors – My Performance My Career.

  • Architect and Setup of Exchange Online (O365) and, once implemented, maintain the environment.

  • Maintains reliable and secure email presence on Internet.

  • Coordinates with vendors and partner organizations to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Provides scaling support of all Microsoft Windows, VMware, Citrix, and Azure products and provides day to day assistance to ensure smooth project execution and daily operations.

  • Supports and administers Active Directory, Group Policies, FRS, DFS, FSMO, DHCP, DNS, Certificate Authority, Web Servers (IIS), MSCS Clustering, file and print servers, DHCP, DNS, Backup /Storage Management, Patch Management, and all windows related roles and features.
