Maximizes the marketing team's profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas. Manages and oversees execution of marketing strategies. The Marketing Executive supports the work of marketing team on projects and activities aimed at developing marketing strategies and campaigns with overall goal of maximizing company profit.

Principal Accountabilities Conceives and develops efficient and intuitive marketing strategies Organizes and oversees advertising / communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.) exhibitions and promotional events Conducts market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

Oversees and develops marketing campaigns. Conducts research and analyzes data to identify and define audiences. Devices and presents ideas and strategies. Compiles and distributes financial and statistical information. Organizes events and product exhibitions. Updates databases using customer relationship management system (CRM). Conducts market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. Maintains relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities. Monitors progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. Collaborates with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses. Assists in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion

Job Knowledge & Skills
Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistic methods
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing's best practices
Familiarity with social media and web analytics platforms
Creativity and commercial awareness
Familiarity with marketing and e-mail marketing software (Campaign monitor, Google analytics, Mailchimp and the like)
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
