About the Position About the Role
We are looking for a driven, commercially minded professional to work closely with the founder to grow and manage our sports business, including youth sports programs, school partnerships and activities for families.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with schools, families, sponsors and sports organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Manage sports projects, programs, events and day-to-day operations.
- Increase student enrolment and achieve business targets.
- Support marketing initiatives, social media and brand development.
- Monitor business performance, budgets and profitability.
- Report directly to the founder on progress and growth opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, partnerships or sports project management.
- Strong knowledge of the Doha market, ideally with connections to schools and sports organisations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Good understanding of sales targets, budgets and basic P&L.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and organizational skills.
- Social media and marketing experience is an advantage.
