Job Purpose

The Male Wellbeing Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized wellbeing treatments while ensuring the highest standards of guest care, hygiene, professionalism, and luxury service.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform professional massage and body treatments according to established protocols and standards.

* Provide treatments including relaxing, deep tissue, sports, lymphatic drainage, stretching, body scrubs, and other wellbeing therapies according to qualifications and training.

* Conduct a brief consultation before each treatment to understand the guest’s needs, preferences, and any contraindications.

* Personalize treatments while maintaining approved protocols and service standards.

* Ensure treatment rooms are perfectly prepared, clean, organized, and fully stocked before and after every treatment.

* Maintain excellent hygiene, grooming, and professional presentation at all times.

* Deliver a warm, discreet, and personalized luxury guest experience.

* Explain treatment benefits and provide appropriate aftercare recommendations.

* Recommend suitable treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products based on guest needs.

* Support departmental sales targets through professional recommendations and guest rebooking.

* Maintain accurate guest treatment information and respect strict guest confidentiality.

* Follow health, safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

* Report maintenance issues, guest concerns, incidents, or equipment problems immediately to management.

* Assist with daily operational duties and support colleagues during busy periods.

* Participate in training sessions, assessments, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Experience

* Recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a professional therapist, preferably within a 5-star hotel, luxury spa, wellness clinic, or premium wellbeing environment.

* Strong knowledge of anatomy, massage techniques, body treatments, contraindications, and guest safety.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Fluent or professional working proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

* Strong grooming and luxury-service standards.

* Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
