الملخص الوظيفي
يتولى مدير العلاقات العامة الأول مسؤولية قيادة وإدارة جهود العلاقات العامة في المؤسسة، وضمان التواصل الفعال مع وسائل الإعلام والأطراف المعنية والجمهور. ويتضمن هذا الدور تطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات استراتيجية للعلاقات العامة لتعزيز سمعة المؤسسة والترويج لعلامتها التجارية وإدارة الانطباع العام. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يشرف مدير العلاقات العامة الأول على إعداد البيانات الصحفية والملفات الإعلامية ومواد الاتصال الأخرى، فضلاً عن تنسيق أنشطة العلاقات الإعلامية مثل المقابلات والمؤتمرات الصحفية. كما يلعب دوراً حاسماً في إدارة الأزمات وإدارة السمعة والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.

تصميم برامج لخلق وصيانة صورة إيجابية للمؤسسة لدى الجمهور الخارجي.
إدارة نشر المعلومات مع الجمهور المستهدف عبر القنوات المناسبة بما يتماشى مع رسالة المؤسسة ورؤيتها.
حماية سمعة المؤسسة وتعزيزها والحفاظ عليها لدى الجهات الحكومية والمؤثرين من خلال توفير التواصل والربط المنتظم للمؤسسة مع مختلف المسؤولين الحكوميين.
إدارة وتنسيق الأبحاث المتعلقة بانطباعات أصحاب المصلحة وصورة المؤسسة لتحقيق سمعة إيجابية للمؤسسة.
إدارة الأنشطة اليومية للفريق والإشراف المباشر على العمل لضمان التوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمؤسسة.
تقديم المشورة بشأن الآثار المترتبة على الاتصالات لخطط وأعمال المؤسسة لضمان أخذ الرأي الحكومي والعوامل الأخرى التي قد تؤثر على المؤسسة في الاعتبار.
صياغة الكلمات والخطابات وترتيب المقابلات لكبار التنفيذيين في المؤسسة.
التحقق من أن جميع مواد المؤسسة المنشورة/الموزعة تتوافق في التنسيق والجماليات والمحتوى مع معايير الشركة وتوقعاتها.
تقييم استراتيجية العلاقات العامة باستمرار.
العمل عن كثب مع قسم التسويق لتخطيط المحتوى ونشره.
التحقق من أن المستندات والمواد التسويقية حديثة ودقيقة وتعكس العلامة التجارية والرسالة المطلوبة بشكل صحيح.
تزويد العملاء بالمعلومات حول الفرص الترويجية الجديدة وتقدم حملات العلاقات العامة الحالية.
تقييم برامج الإعلانات والترويج لتحديد ما إذا كانت متوافقة مع جهود العلاقات العامة للمؤسسة.
الاستجابة لطلبات الحصول على معلومات من وسائل الإعلام أو تحديد متحدث رسمي أو مصدر معلومات مناسب.
إعداد ميزانيات القسم وإدارتها ومراقبتها.

مهارات قيادة وإدارة فريق استثنائية لتوجيه فرق العلاقات العامة وتفويض المهام وضمان التنفيذ الناجح للحملات.
قدرات ممتازة في الاتصال الكتابي والشفهي لصياغة بيانات صحفية وخطابات ومواد علاقات عامة أخرى مقنعة.
مهارات قوية في التواصل مع الآخرين لبناء والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع الاتصالات الإعلامية وأصحاب المصلحة والجمهور.
خبرة في إدارة الأزمات للتعامل مع تحديات العلاقات العامة بسرعة وفعالية، والحفاظ على سمعة المؤسسة.
المعرفة بنظام إدارة الموارد (ERP) ويفضل المهارات الوظيفية لنظام SAP كمتطلب للنجاح في هذا الدور.
الخبرة الوظيفية
خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، منها 5 سنوات في منصب إشرافي ذات صلة، وتعتبر خبرة سنتين في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ميزة إضافية

Job description
Job Summary
The Senior Public Relations Manager is responsible to lead and manage the organization's public relations efforts, ensuring effective communication with the media, stakeholders, and the public. This role involves developing and implementing strategic PR initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation, promote its brand, and manage public perception. Additionally, the Senior PR Manager oversees the creation of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials, as well as coordinating media relations activities, such as interviews and press conferences. They play a crucial role in crisis management, reputation management, and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities 1
Design programs to create and maintain a positive image of the corporation to the external publics.
Manage the dissemination of information with targeted publics through appropriate channels in line with the organization’s mission and vision.
Protect, maintain, and enhance the organization’s reputation amongst government stakeholders and influencers by providing a regular interface and communicator for the organization with various government personnel.
Manage and coordinate research into stakeholder's perceptions and image of the organization, to achieve positive reputation for the organization.
Manage the day-to-day activities of the team and directly supervise the work to ensure alignment in the organization strategic objectives.
Advise on communications implications for the organization’s plans and actions to ensure government opinion and other factors which could affect the organization are taken into account.
Draft speeches and arrange interviews for an organization’s top executives.
Ensure that all published/distributed organization materials are all formatting, aesthetics and content are in line with Company standards and expectations
Continually evaluate the public relations strategy.
Work closely with the marketing department for content planning and dissemination.
Ensure documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand and desired messaging.
Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
Evaluate advertising and promotion programs to determine whether they are compatible with their organization’s public relations efforts.
Respond to requests for information from the media or designate an appropriate spokesperson or information source.
Prepare, manage and monitor the department’s budgets.

Profound knowledge of public relations principles, media relations strategies, and communication techniques to devise effective PR campaigns.

Crisis management expertise to handle PR challenges swiftly and effectively, maintaining the organization's reputation.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
