المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تقديم مجموعة متنوعة من علاجات السبا والتجميل، بما في ذلك المساج، وعلاجات الوجه، وعلاجات الجسم، والعناية بالأظافر (مانيكير وبديكير)، وغيرها من خدمات التجميل وفقاً للمؤهلات.
- إجراء استشارات للضيوف والتوصية بالعلاجات والمنتجات المناسبة بناءً على الاحتياجات الفردية.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية من النظافة والتعقيم والمظهر الشخصي ونظافة غرف العلاج.
- تجهيز غرف العلاج والتأكد من ترتيب جميع المنتجات والمعدات والمناشف والمستلزمات بشكل صحيح.
- تقديم خدمة احترافية ومراعية مع الحفاظ على خصوصية الضيف وراحته.
- الترويج لعلاجات السبا والباقات والعضويات ومنتجات التجزئة بشكل مناسب.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لعلاجات الضيوف عند الطلب.
- الالتزام بجميع إجراءات التشغيل في السبا، ومعايير الصحة والسلامة، وسياسات الفندق.
- الإبلاغ عن أعطال الصيانة أو نقص المنتجات أو مشاكل المعدات على الفور.
- دعم موظفي استقبال السبا وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين خلال أوقات الذروة عند الحاجة.
- المشاركة في التدريب والتطوير المستمر للمعرفة بالعلاجات والمنتجات واتجاهات العناية بالصحة والعافية.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- شهادة أو دبلوم معتمد في العلاج بالتدليك، أو العلاج التجميلي، أو علم التجميل، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة كمعالجة سبا أو تجميل، ويفضل أن تكون داخل فندق أو منتجع فاخر.
- معرفة بتقنيات التدليك المختلفة، وعلاجات الوجه، وخدمات التجميل.
- مهارات اتصال وتواصل مع الآخرين جيدة.
- مظهر مهني والتركيز القوي على خدمة الضيوف.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن ورديات مرنة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.

To provide professional spa and beauty treatments while delivering a high standard of personalized guest service, ensuring a relaxing, safe, and memorable spa experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa and beauty treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and other beauty services as qualified.
- Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual needs.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, grooming, and treatment-room cleanliness.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all products, equipment, towels, and supplies are properly arranged.
- Provide professional and attentive service while maintaining guest privacy and comfort.
- Promote spa treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products appropriately.
- Maintain accurate guest treatment records when required.
- Follow all spa operating procedures, health and safety standards, and hotel policies.
- Report maintenance concerns, product shortages, or equipment issues promptly.
- Support spa reception and other team members during busy periods when required.
- Participate in training and continuously develop knowledge of treatments, products, and wellness trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Spa or Beauty Therapist, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Knowledge of different massage techniques, facial treatments, and beauty services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and strong guest-service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
