The Role:

We are currently looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Cake Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Cake Shop Assistant, you will be the face of our pastry counter, welcoming guests and creating a warm, inviting experience. You will assist in showcasing and serving our selection of cakes, pastries, and sweet treats, ensuring every guest leaves delighted.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner Present and serve cakes, pastries, and other items with care and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display counter Handle orders, payments, and basic cashiering duties Support the pastry and service team during busy periods Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained

About You:

Previous experience in a café, bakery, or hospitality environment is preferred A friendly personality with excellent customer service skills Good communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for food, especially pastries and desserts Well-groomed and presentable, with attention to detail
