a) Must have completed minimum secondary education and certified as a rigger Foreman.
b) Minimum 8 years of experience in oil and gas/petrochemical industry as rigger Foreman
c) Must have a good understanding of QA/QC and HSE compliance procedures, HSSE requirements on lifting equipment
d) Must be able to examine the loads, estimate the size and weight.
e) Familiar with rigger communication methods, (hand signals, radios etc)
f) Capable of inspecting the slings, ropes, hooks and lifting gears for damages such as cracks, wear, corrosion and report.
g) Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions in the rigger trade.
Desired Candidate Profile
a) يجب أن يكون قد أكمل التعليم الثانوي الحد الأدنى وحصل على شهادة مشرف رافع/ربط.
b) خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز/البتروكيماويات كمشرف رافع/ربط
c) يجب أن يكون لديه فهم جيد لإجراءات QA/QC والامتثال للمعايير الصحية والسلامة والبيئة ومتطلبات HSSE على معدات الرفع
d) يجب أن يكون قادراً على فحص الأحمال وتقدير الحجم والوزن.
e) الإلمام بأساليب اتصالات الربّاط (إشارات اليد، الراديوات، إلخ)
f) القدرة على فحص الحبال، الحبال، الأقواس وآليات الرفع لأي أضرار مثل الشقوق، التلف، التآكل وتقديم تقرير بذلك.
g) معرفة المخاطر واحتياطات السلامة في مهنة الربّاط/المُثبتات.
