Job Details

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly mechanical & electrical inspections of rides and attractions.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, adjustments, and component replacements.

Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in hydraulic, pneumatic, gear, chain, and belt systems.

Respond promptly to ride breakdowns and implement corrective actions to resume operations quickly.

Execute pre-opening safety checks and operational testing on mechanical systems.

Assist in third-party and internal audits, ensuring documentation and readiness of equipment.

Conduct load and stress tests on ride systems to verify integrity and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Mechanical/Electrical maintenance, preferably in amusement parks, theme parks, or industrial machinery environments.

Certifications: Relevant mechanical / Electrical trade certification (preferred); training in LOTO, rigging, or hydraulic systems is an asset.


Skills & Competencies:

Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, gears, and motors.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
