قائد الفريق مسؤول عن دعم عمليات يومية لفرع إيسان، وضمان تجارب استثنائية للضيوف، والحفاظ على معايير خدمة هاياتي، وقيادة فريق الخدمة لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي. كما يتطلب الدور محترف ضيافة شغوف يمتلك معرفة قوية بالمطبخ التايلاندي والثقافة، خاصة تقاليد تناول الطعام في إيسان.
المؤهلات:يفضل وجود دبلوم أو درجة في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات، ويفضل في فندق فخم أو مطعم راقي.
تجربة إشراف سابقة تعتبر ميزة.
معرفة قوية بالمطبخ التايلاندي وثقافة إيسان.
الطق باللغة التايلاندية والإنجليزية بطلاقة.
Job description
A Team Leader is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Isaan Outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining Hyatt service standards, and leading the service team to achieve operational excellence. The role also requires a passionate hospitality professional with strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and culture, particularly Isaan dining traditions.
Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and Isaan culture.
Fluent in Thai and English.
