Job description
Primary Purpose of the Job
Support Emergency Response Coordinators to effectively implement emergency response systems and strategies for all Offshore assets of QatarEnergy, and Offshore Operators. Contribute to the continuous improvement of emergency preparedness by integrating lessons learned from drills, incidents, and global best practices into planning and procedures.
Required Experience and SkillsMin 10 years of experience in Emergency Response and /or Safety.
Broad knowledge of Safety and Emergency Response aspects in the Offshore oil & gas industry
Sound knowledge of offshore site operations
Good understanding of Incident Command System (ICS)
Credible emergency scenarios and response systems.
Experienced in development of associated policies and procedures.
Preferred qualifications: ICS 300, IMO Oil Spill Response Level 2 or 3, NEBOSH or similar HSE certification, and BCP or Crisis Management certification.
Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in relevant subject or equivalent

دعم منسقي الاستجابة للطوارئ لتنفيذ أنظمة واستراتيجيات الاستجابة للطوارئ بفعالية لجميع أصول قطر للطاقة البحرية والعمليات البحرية. الإسهام في التحسين المستمر للاستعداد للطوارئ من خلال دمج الدروس المستفادة من التدريبات والحوادث وأفضل الممارسات العالمية في التخطيط والإجراءات.
الخبرة والمهارات المطلوبةحد أدنى 10 سنوات من الخبرة في الاستجابة للطوارئ و/أو السلامة.
معرفة واسعة بجوانب السلامة والاستجابة للطوارئ في صناعة النفط والغاز البحرية
معرفة جيدة بعمليات موقع الحقل البحري
فهم جيد لنظام قيادة الحوادث (ICS)
سيناريوهات طوارئ ومتانة استجابة موثوقة.
خبرة في تطوير السياسات والإجراءات المرتبطة.
المؤهلات المفضلة: ICS 300، مستوى 2 أو 3 لاستجابة انسكاب النفط IMO، شهادة HSE من NEBOSH أو ما يعادلها، وشهادة استمرارية الأعمال أو إدارة الأزمات.
