Responsibilities

• QA/QC Management: Oversee QA/QC activities for civil engineering works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
  

  
  

• Civil Works Inspection: Conduct inspections of earthworks, concrete works, structural, and architectural elements.
  

  
  

• Earthworks & Concrete Control: Monitor compaction, concrete batching, pouring, curing, and testing to maintain quality standards.
  

  
  

• Structural & Architectural Inspection: Verify workmanship and materials for structural and architectural finishes.
  

  
  

• ITP Implementation: Develop and enforce Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for civil works.
  

  
  

• Materials Inspection & Testing: Review material submittals, conduct site material inspections, and ensure compliance with codes.
  

  
  

• NCR Management: Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and monitor corrective actions until closure.
  

  
  

• Documentation: Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test certificates, and compliance documentation.
  

  
  

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
  

  
  

• Coordination: Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve QA/QC issues.
  

  
  

• Bachelor of Science / Engineering in Civil Engineering.
  

  
  

• Minimum 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, QA/QC procedures, and international codes (ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO).
  

  
  

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation software.
  

  
  

• Ability to independently manage inspections, NCRs, and compliance monitoring.
  

  
  

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
