Withstand Group, a leading hospitality company in Qatar, is hiring experienced hospitality professionals for its Italian cuisine restaurants. We are looking for passionate culinary experts and customer service professionals with a strong hospitality background and excellent communication skills.

Open Positions : Position Vacancies Salary

Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine (QAR 4,500)

Chef de Partie (CDP) – Italian Cuisine (QAR 3,000)

Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Italian Cuisine (QAR 2,400)

Commis I – Italian Cuisine (QAR 2,200)

Commis II – Italian Cuisine (QAR 2,000)

Commis III – Italian Cuisine (QAR 1,800)

Waitress (QAR 1,800)

Key Responsibilities Kitchen Positions (Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP, Commis I/II/III)

Prepare and cook authentic Italian cuisine according to company recipes and quality standards. Ensure food preparation, presentation, and portion control meet restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in accordance with HACCP standards. Monitor food quality, stock levels, and kitchen inventory. Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Waitress

Welcome guests and provide professional customer service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages while maintaining high service standards. Handle guest inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred.

Experience

Experience in the Hospitality Industry is mandatory. Italian Cuisine experience is mandatory for:Sous Chef Chef de Partie (CDP) Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) Commis I Commis II Commis III Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred. GCC experience is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies

Good English communication skills. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and food preparation techniques (for kitchen positions). Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Team player with a professional attitude and positive work ethic.
