- Educate patients on post-procedure care and skin health maintenance, enhancing their understanding of dermatological conditions.
- Collaborate with dermatologists to diagnose skin conditions and optimize patient care through effective communication.
- Monitor and manage patient reactions during procedures, providing immediate interventions as required.
- Stay abreast of the latest dermatological treatments and technologies to deliver cutting-edge care.
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments for procedures, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Assist in the management of dermatology clinics, including scheduling, patient flow, and inventory control.
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs to raise awareness about skin health.
- Contribute to research initiatives and clinical trials, supporting advancements in dermatological practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field, specializing in dermatology.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dermatology clinic or related healthcare setting, demonstrating hands-on skills.
DHP license is mandatory.
Proficiency in dermatological procedures and technologies, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, diseases, and treatment options, emphasizing clinical expertise.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient communication and relationship building.
Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing patient needs.
Fluency in English & Tagalog, with preferences for additional languages to cater to diverse patient populations.
