Roles & Responsibilities
Skills:
1. Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
2. Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules
3. Develop and maintain OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and dashboards
4. Build and support Fusion Analytics reporting and executive dashboards
5. Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
6. Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and other systems
7. Manage security roles, access, and data visibility requirements
8. Work closely with business users, technical teams, and vendors
