Job Title: ITSM Solutions Engineer Exp : 2+ years Banking Domain
Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Junior ITSM Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will workclosely with senior engineers to design, implement, and support IT Service Management (ITSM)solutions, focusing on Ivanti Service Manager. You will assist in deploying and customising ITSMsolutions to meet the unique needs of our enterprise clients while gaining valuable hands-on experiencein ITSM implementation projects.
Responsibilities:ï‚· Collaborate with senior engineers to understand and translate requirements into ITSM solutiondesigns.ï‚· Assist in configuring, customising, and deploying ITSM platforms, ensuring alignment withindustry best practices and client objectives.ï‚· Support the integration of ITSM solutions with existing IT infrastructure, including systems,networks, and applications.ï‚· Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of ITSM solutions.ï‚· Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after ITSMsolution implementations.ï‚· Contribute to documentation efforts, including system configurations, technical specifications,and user guides.ï‚· Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ITSM and IT servicedelivery.
Qualifications:ï‚· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.ï‚· 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.ï‚· Basic understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices.ï‚· Familiarity with ITIL concepts is a plus.ï‚· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ï‚· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.ï‚· Willingness to learn new technologies and grow professionally in ITSM.ï‚· ITIL Foundation v4 certification (preferred).
