Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Doha, Qatar. The Architect will be responsible for: creating innovative architectural designs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and project requirements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing design integration, participating in project management, and seeing projects through from conceptual design to final handover.following up with authorities to secure the approvals and the building permits
Qualifications3+ years of experience in Qatar and consultancy field Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design Knowledge and experience in Software Development and Integration as it pertains to architectural tools and systems Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements and international design standards Effective communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in architectural design software such as Auto CAD, and related tools Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field Prior experience in the Gulf region and fluency in Arabic are advantageousgood knowledge of fire life safety and QCDD requirements previous experience in fit out projects is a plus
