A leading Construction Project in Qatar is hiring for a Electrical QA/QC Engineer
Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, etc.). Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection test plans (ITPs), and checklists. Strong communication and reporting skills. Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management or equivalent is an advantage. Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in electrical works (preferably in construction or industrial projects).
Responsibilities:Conduct inspections and quality checks for all electrical works on-site. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Review and approve electrical materials, drawings, and method statements. Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Prepare QA/QC documentation, reports, and maintain records for audits. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives. Identify non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions.
