A distinguished luxury 5-star hotel in Qatar is seeking highly skilled and guest-oriented Bartenders and Baristas with proven experience in premium hospitality settings. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering refined beverage experiences, maintaining impeccable service standards, and contributing to an elevated guest journey within a high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Extend a warm and professional welcome to guests, presenting beverage menus, signature selections, and seasonal promotions • Craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in strict alignment with established luxury hospitality standards • Exhibit in-depth product knowledge of spirits, fine wines, classic and contemporary cocktails, specialty coffees, artisanal teas, and premium refreshments • Operate, calibrate, and maintain bar tools and coffee equipment, including advanced espresso machines and grinders • Ensure precision in taste, consistency, and visual presentation of every beverage served • Respond to guest preferences and special requests with efficiency and professionalism • Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization across bar counters and coffee stations • Support stock rotation, inventory monitoring, and replenishment procedures • Comply fully with hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times • Collaborate closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operational flow • Uphold the brand’s commitment to exceptional 5-star guest service delivery
Requirements:• Minimum 2–3 years of progressive experience in a similar capacity within a luxury 5-star hotel or upscale resort environment (Mandatory) • Consistent employment record with recognized hospitality establishments • Proven exposure to high-end bars, fine dining venues, or specialty café concepts • Currently based in Qatar with valid residency (Mandatory) • Well-developed communication and guest engagement skills • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-volume service setting • Strong attention to detail with a passion for hospitality excellence • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
