Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Supervisor, based in Ras Laffan, Qatar. The role involves overseeing and managing mechanical construction activities, ensuring proper implementation of construction plans and methodologies, and performing correct equipment installations. The Mechanical Supervisor will coordinate with engineering and operational teams, manage construction schedules, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical issues and supervising a team to meet project timelines and compliance requirements.
Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills, including team management and task coordination. Experience with Mechanical Equipment Construction & installation. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and best practices in EPC projects. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work on-site in a physically demanding environment. Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry standards and practices is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Requirements Must be available in Qatar, with a valid ID. Ready to join immediately.5–10 years of mechanical construction and installation experience in oil & gas industry, preferably with Qatar Energy LNG (Ras Laffan).
