Freelance Sales Trainer Role Description This is a freelance adhoc onsite role for a Sales Trainer. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of sales teams. Tasks include conducting skills assessments, creating tailored training materials, delivering engaging presentations, and monitoring training success. The role also involves collaborating with leadership and team leads to identify training needs and provide continuous development opportunities for employees.

Required Experience
10+ years of hands-on sales or commercial experience, with direct responsibility for selling, account growth, or business development.5+ years of recent work experience in a middle east/ GCC country5+ years of professional experience as a sales trainer, facilitator, or sales enablement consultant delivering structured programs to working professionals. Proven expertise in consultative, solution-based, and value selling, including objection handling, negotiation, and deal progression. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver practical, activity-based sales training, using real cases, role-plays, and tools. Experience in training managers, relationship managers, and senior sales professionals in B2B, B2C and/or complex sales environments. Strong understanding of sales performance management (KPIs, pipelines, forecasting, conversion ratios). Experience working with complex products, long sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder decision-making. Ability to customise content and engage senior audiences with confidence and credibility. A training certification in sales management or selling skills or key account management, etc., from a reputed organisation
