Role Description
This is a contract and on-site role, based in Doha, Qatar, for a Salesperson. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, building lasting client relationships, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. The role involves promoting Bright Minds’ marketing solutions, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to design custom solutions that meet client needs. The Salesperson will participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure optimal client satisfaction and business retention.
Qualifications
Sales expertise, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Branding Customer relationship management and ability to tailor solutions to client needs Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Experience in a sales role, preferably in a marketing or digital agency, is a plus
