Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily textile manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production Monitor production planning, workflow, and capacity utilization Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control initiatives Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure timely order execution and on-time delivery commitments Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, and efficiency
