Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Qatar for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing and executing effective business strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue goals. As a key representative of the company, the Business Development Manager will also manage client negotiations, prepare proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Business Strategy Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Proficiency in Sales Reporting and CRM software Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Experience in the furniture or luxury retail industry is a plus Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a strong asset Proactive mindset and a results-oriented approach to achieving targets
