A leading Construction Project in Qatar is hiring Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent are an advantage. Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration for large-scale civil infrastructure. Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, industry standards, and infrastructure engineering practices. Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, or public works).
Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for infrastructure projects. Monitor project budgets and provide accurate financial reports. Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in contract negotiations. Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with specifications. Manage variations, claims, and final accounts. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize project costs.
