Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UCAT & SAT Verbal Tutor for an on-site, part-time position located in Doha, Qatar. As a tutor, you will engage in daily tasks such as preparing and delivering effective UCAT and SAT verbal lessons, conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions, creating lesson plans and practice materials, and assessing student progress. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them enhance their critical reading and verbal reasoning skills while fostering confidence and enthusiasm toward academic success.
Qualifications Proficiency in teaching verbal reasoning, critical reading, and comprehension skills for standardized tests like UCAT and SAT. Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and creating practice material. Excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and guide them effectively toward their goals. Prior experience as a standardized test tutor or educator in related fields. Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Familiarity with the UCAT and SAT exam formats and strategies.
