A leading Construction Project in Qatar is hiring for MEP Quantity Surveyor
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent are highly desirable. Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration for large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and industry standards.7 to 10 years of Qatar experience must
Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for MEP works. Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reports. Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate contracts. Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure compliance with specifications. Manage variations, claims, and final accounts. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize project costs.
