Our Client: Our client is is a next-generation software company that helps businesses launch custom digital products and MVPs in as little as 10–14 days using our proprietary AI-powered low-code platform. Solution leverages AI to automate development tasks, accelerate time-to-market, and reduce costs, enabling SMBs and startups to validate ideas, attract users, and generate revenue faster.
We are hiring three Business Development Representatives (Sales Hunters) to drive rapid market expansion in new regions and segments, not just manage inbound leads. The main focus is SMB and mid-market in e-commerce, retail, and service industries with clear business processes and a need for fast digital solutions.
At the start, your primary goal will be building a pipeline through your personal network and targeted outbound, closing initial deals, and creating strong reference cases for future scaling.
What you'll do: Build and run full-cycle outbound: target lists, segmentation, Linked In/email/phone outreach, initial qualification, and meetings. Leverage your personal network in GCC/MENA or CEE for fast intros, demos, and pilot projects. Conduct discovery calls, understand client business cases, and translate them into digital product value, not just “we’ll build an app.”Close deals: demos, requirements gathering, commercial proposals, negotiations, contract signing, and upsell. Collaborate with founders and marketing on market entry strategy, segmentation, and positioning. Represent company at industry events to strengthen brand and generate referrals.
What We’re Looking For:4–6+ years in B2B sales/business development, preferably in AI/IT/software/custom development or Saa S. Experience selling custom digital solutions (web/mobile apps, platforms, portals) to SMB, mid-market, and ideally enterprise. Strong personal network with small to medium size companies in The MENA (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman) or Central/Eastern Europe, The UK, The USA, ready to actively monetize it. Understanding of sales cycles: quick SMB deals (10–30 days for warm leads) and 3–4 months for cold outreach to build a meaningful pipeline. Experience with SDR + AE/BDM or full-cycle sales models and willingness to combine both functions at the start. Ability to work with clear KPIs for meetings, pipeline, and revenue, while realistically managing expectations on timelines and resources.
Go-to-Market & Sales Motion:Initial focus: number of relevant meetings, first closed deals, and strong reference cases, not margin maximization. Expectation: submit a detailed 90-day plan covering segmentation, ICP, outreach channels, outbound campaign structure, and network utilization. In the future, there’s potential to split out a dedicated SDR role or build a team under you if the model proves successful.
Compensation & Structure:Monthly base salary (market-dependent, negotiable) + KPI + 5% commission on each closed deal. Base paid monthly; KPI bonuses and commissions paid quarterly. Fully remote, working hours aligned with CET or Dubai. Direct access to founders and influence on market entry strategy for MENA and Europe.
