We are looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer – FF&E with strong experience in luxury residential projects, especially private villas. This role focuses on furniture, finishes, materials, lighting, and client selections, working closely with clients and internal design teams to deliver refined, functional interiors. Key Responsibilities Lead FF&E selection for residential villas (furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, accessories) Prepare mood boards, material boards, and FF&E presentations Conduct client meetings to understand lifestyle, taste, and budget Guide clients through design selections and approvals Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and suppliers Manage FF&E schedules, specifications, and BOQsEnsure selections align with design concept, budget, and timeline Stay updated on international furniture brands, trends, and materials Support site execution to ensure FF&E is delivered as specified Requirements Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field7–10+ years' experience in residential interior design (FF&E focused) Strong knowledge of luxury furniture brands, finishes, and materials Experience working on high-end villas or private residences Excellent client-facing and presentation skills Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe (InDesign/Photoshop) Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
