Role Description
This is a part-time, contract position for a Facilities Management Trainer based in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering online training sessions to develop participants' expertise in facilities management concepts and practices. Key responsibilities include developing course materials, conducting interactive lessons, evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback to ensure learning objectives are achieved. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
Qualifications
Facilities management expertise, with a deep understanding of operations, maintenance, and safety standards Experience in creating engaging course content and delivering online training sessions Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills Ability to assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback An industry-relevant certification or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in training or teaching adults is preferred Proficiency in using online training platforms and related technology A passion for professional development and commitment to helping learners succeed
