Job Title: Enterprise Architecture Lead
Location: Qatar
Role Summary
The Enterprise Architecture Lead is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the organization’s enterprise architecture landscape. This role ensures alignment between business strategy, technology investments, and the Government of Qatar Enterprise Architecture Framework, while enforcing architectural standards, principles, and compliance across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all enterprise architecture technical activities across the organization. Develop, document, maintain, and continuously update the enterprise architecture framework, including reference architectures and descriptive models. Define, document, and govern enterprise architecture guiding principles, ensuring consistent adherence across projects and programs. Oversee enterprise architecture compliance review plans and ensure effective execution against defined principles and policies. Provide architectural oversight and guidance to solution, application, data, and infrastructure architects. Ensure alignment with the Government of Qatar Enterprise Architecture Framework and related standards. Leverage enterprise architecture tools (including i Server) to maintain accurate, up-to-date architecture repositories. Support strategic planning, digital transformation, and investment decisions through architecture insights.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture within the State of Qatar. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. TOGAF certification (mandatory). Strong hands-on experience with i Server and enterprise architecture tooling. Proven expertise in architectural reference models and frameworks. Full working knowledge of the Government of Qatar Enterprise Architecture Framework. Strong stakeholder management, governance, and documentation skills.

Experience working in government or large enterprise environments. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities. Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution.
