Role Overview
UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Procurement Director to lead end-to-end procurement activities across large-scale EPC projects, with a strong focus on hospitality developments including hotels and resorts. The role requires deep expertise in fit-out procurement and proven experience working with main contractors.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities across large-scale EPC projects Oversee fit-out procurement packages, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and business objectives Work closely with main contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders Manage supplier selection, negotiations, contract awards, and performance Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements Support project teams through all procurement phases, from planning to close-out
Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Proven experience working with main contractors Strong and demonstrable fit-out procurement experience Full end-to-end procurement exposure on large-scale EPC projects Hospitality project experience (hotels and resorts) is essential Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile Experience in complex, fast-paced project environments Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
