Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field Monitor network events using dashboards and automated alerting tools Perform initial (L1) troubleshooting for link outages, unreachable devices, and high utilization alerts Accurately log, track, and update incidents in the ticketing system, including timestamps and actions taken Adhere to standard triage procedures and escalate issues to Level 2 teams based on severity and business impact Maintain detailed shift logs, complete handover reports, and ensure documentation aligns with established SOPsAcknowledge alerts within defined SLA timelines and initiate basic troubleshooting activities
Certificates: Comp TlA Network+, Cisco CCNA
We are open for NOC 1 years experienced candidate. This is a great opportunity for junior NOC analyst to learn and earn NOC expertise. Candidates in Qatar (any nationality, with said certifications / experience, but the candidates should be in Qatar) Budget QAR 5000p.m
