Job Title: Planning Manager Industry: EPC – Oil & Gas Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead planning and scheduling activities for large-scale EPC Oil & Gas projects in Qatar.
Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related).15+ years of experience in major EPC Oil & Gas projects, preferably in the Middle East. Minimum 5 years in a Planning Manager / Lead Planning with major EPC projects. Worked on high-value EPC Oil & Gas projects Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (mandatory). Proven experience on onshore/offshore oil & gas EPC projects (pipelines, plants, refineries, LNG, etc.). Solid understanding of project controls, cost & schedule integration, and delay analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Experience working in Qatar or GCC is highly preferred.
