The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) is looking for a talented and proactive Qatari professional to lead our Strategic Partnerships Section within the Knowledge & Capacity Building Department.
Role Overview The Section Head will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with local, regional, and international institutions, managing IPA’s partnerships portfolio, and leading the organization’s key training-related events. The role also includes assessing collaboration opportunities that align with our strategic goals.
Key Qualifications Qatari Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience partnerships, training & development, or stakeholder engagement • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skill Proven leadership experience in managing teams or strategic initiatives • Proven experience working with government or training institutions • Excellent command of English and Arabic
