Salary:QAR 2,500 – 3,000
Working Hours: 9 hours (including 1 hour break)
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista (specialty coffee is a plus)
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- English required (Arabic is a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee & beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area
- Assist customers with menu selection
- Handle orders and payments
- Support daily café operations
Skills
Solid knowledge of espresso extraction and coffee brewing methods
Basic latte art skills and milk texturing
Excellent communication and customer service
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Attention to detail and hygiene standards
Cash handling and POS experience
