Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Camp Boss based in Doha, Qatar. The Camp Boss will oversee and manage the daily operations of staff accommodations and facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating accommodation arrangements, ensuring hygiene and safety standards, supervising maintenance activities, and facilitating smooth communication between staff and management. The role also involves inventory management, handling staff requirements, and maintaining discipline within the premises.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and practical experience in camp management, staff supervision, and inventory control Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications Awareness and application of health, safety, and hygiene standards within accommodation facilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team coordination and handling employee needs Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills Experience in managing accommodation facilities in large-scale operations, preferably within construction, oil and gas, or related industries, is an advantage Basic knowledge of local laws and regulations related to workforce accommodations High school diploma or equivalent; certification in facility management or a related field is a plus
