Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Digital Integration Consultant to support Mobile Banking and CRM, Digital Signature projects integrated through APIs. The role focuses on managing and supporting system integrations, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure secure and smooth delivery. Key Responsibilities· Support API integrations between Mobile Application, CRM, Digital Signature and T24 Core Banking.· Coordinate with core banking, mobile, CRM, Digital Signature and integration vendors.· Review and validate integration designs, data mappings, and API specifications.· Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.· Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and support root cause analysis.· Ensure integrations comply with banking security and regulatory requirements.· Prepare and maintain technical and integration documentation.· Act as a technical point of contact between business, IT, and vendors. Required Experience & Skills· 7–10 years of experience in banking IT / digital transformation projects.· Strong experience with API integrations (REST / SOAP).· Hands-on experience integrating with Core Banking systems (T24 preferred).· Experience with Mobile Banking and/or CRM systems.· Knowledge of banking security standards (encryption, authentication, certificates).· Experience working with multiple vendors in a banking environment.· Strong communication and coordination skills. Nice to Have· Experience with Temenos Digital· Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics)· Experience with API Gateway
