A leading Construction Project in Qatar is hiring Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor
Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent). Professional certifications (MRICS, RICS, or equivalent) are a plus. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, contracts, and project management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven GCC experience in construction projects.
Responsibilities:Prepare detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost estimates. Conduct site visits and monitor project progress against budgets. Assist in tender documentation and bid evaluation. Handle variations, claims, and interim valuations. Report regularly to senior QS on project cost performance.
