Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Mason Foreman located in Doha. The Mason Foreman will oversee and manage masonry work on construction projects. Responsibilities include supervising masonry teams, coordinating schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. The Mason Foreman will also assist in maintaining and operating heavy equipment and support general construction tasks as required.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively Experience working with Heavy Equipment and knowledge of its operation Proficiency in Carpentry and Maintenance tasks relevant to masonry work Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a construction environment Prior experience in a leadership role in construction or masonry is preferred
