Job Overview
We are seeking Open Text certified professionals with hands-on experience in Open Text Content Server 24.2 and Brava 16.6.10 to support an existing enterprise ECM deployment. The role focuses on solution customization, daily development support, system enhancements, and ECM integrations in a live production environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and maintain the existing Open Text Content Server 24.2 deployment
• Configure, support, and customize Brava 16.6.10 for document viewing, redaction, markup, and rendering
• Customize and enhance ECM solutions based on customer and business requirements
• Handle day-to-day developer tasks including configuration changes, enhancements, and bug fixes
• Develop and maintain workflows, metadata models, and permission structures
• Support or implement ECM integrations with enterprise systems and applications
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability and performance
• Prepare technical documentation and support ongoing operational activities

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Open Text Content Server 24.2, including
o Content models and metadata
o Workflows and business process configuration
o User, role, and permission management
o Web Reports and system configuration

• Practical experience with Brava 16.6.10, including
o Document viewing and rendering
o Annotations, redaction, and markup configuration
o Integration of Brava with Content Server

• Experience with Open Text ECM customization and administration
• Knowledge of ECM integration approaches using APIs, services, or middleware
• Ability to work in a production support and enhancement environment
