The Soft Services Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Bin Arbaid Industrial Services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and enhancing the company's market presence in the soft services sector, including facilities management, cleaning, catering, and other related services.
Responsibilities Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets in the soft services sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to secure new contracts. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify risks, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion. Lead contracts negotiations, including pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive edge. Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, performance reports, and business development activity summaries to senior management. Represent Bin Arbaid Industrial Services at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in business development within the facilities management or soft services sector. Strong understanding of the Qatar market and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strategic plans and execute sales initiatives. Result-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
