Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Doha, Qatar. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs by organizing travel arrangements, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include planning customized trips, offering travel advice, liaising with travel providers, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients. Effective communication and attention to detail are essential in this role.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in travel or tourism-related roles. Strong skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements Proficiency in Customer Service and effectively handling Reservations Attention to detail and the ability to create tailored travel itineraries Proficiency with travel booking systems and tools Strong communication and problem-solving skills Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are advantageous Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
