Customer Service Representative

Valvoline AMTC - Qatar - Doha
To serve as the first point of contact for customers, deliver a premium service experience,and actively convert walk-in customers into long-term annual service or subscription packages through effective communication, follow-ups and relationship management.
Mandatory Requirements
Female candidate (for front-desk customer interaction role) Pleasant personality with strong communication skills. Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer psychology. Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and persuasion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail sales, automotive service centers, hospitality or customerservice Ability to speak English fluently (Arabic is an advantage) QFamiliar with Whats App follow-ups, CRM tools, or basic MS Excel Quick learner with interest in automotive or service sales
