Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc QS) from a recognized university UPDA Certification (QS / Civil) Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying Proven consultancy experience, including:Pre- and post-contract cost management Preparation and review of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents Tender evaluation, contract administration, and variations assessment Interim valuations, payment certifications, and final accounts Cost control, reporting, and claims support Strong coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors
