Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabricator based in Doha, Qatar. The Fabricator will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, assembling metal components, and using tools and machinery to shape and fabricate various materials. Additional responsibilities include inspecting finished products for quality, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety standards in the workplace. Collaboration with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain efficiency is also required.
Qualifications Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Proficiency in using hand tools and fabrication machinery, such as grinders, saws, and welding equipment Experience in metalwork, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance standards Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Prior experience in HVAC duct fabrication or a related industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in fabrication or related field is preferred
