Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Promote and upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Stay updated on new product launches, features, and promotions.
  • Ensure the retail store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Arrange product displays to optimize visual appeal and customer interest.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items to the store manager.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about company policies and updates.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure confidentiality and protection of customer information.
  • Work closely with fellow team members and store management to achieve sales goals.
  • Assist with special store events, promotions, and seasonal activities.
  • Manage escalated situations with professionalism and provide customers with effective solutions that align with company policies.

Qualifications


  • At least 3 - 5 years' of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent Customer etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
