Inspire Management Training Centre (IMTC) is looking for an experienced Freelance Lean Six Sigma Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training to professionals and organizations in Qatar.
As a trainer, you’ll be responsible for guiding participants through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, helping them to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and foster continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Lean Six Sigma training sessions (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt).
- Customize training to meet client needs.
- Provide real-world case studies and practical examples.
- Assess participant progress and offer post-training coaching.
- Stay up-to-date with Lean Six Sigma best practices.
Requirements:
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt).
- Proven experience as a Lean Six Sigma Trainer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and tailor training to client needs.
